Chocolate disc in cylindrical shape, of different flavours: white chocolate and coconut, strawberry chocolate, chocolate with hazelnut praline (gianduja), dark and orange chocolate, and dark chocolate 70% cocoa, from Sao Thome origin.
The disc is not cut. Sliding the grinder, it becomes chocolate flowers with a very fine texture that melts in your mouth. It's the same operation of the known cheese Tête de Moine.
It's presented in a box. If it's selected as a gift (disc+grinder), it's presented together and wraped with cellophane paper.
