Content: Introduction to the origins of cocoa and the planting, harvesting and production of chocolate. Tasting of around 9 types of chocolate combining horizontal tasting (different origins), vertical tasting (different percentages of cocoa) and various formats and presentations of chocolate (chocolate slabs with salt, chocolates with filling, etc.) to discover a wide range of flavours and chocolate textures.
*All our chocolates are gluten free, palm oil free and come from sustainably grown cocoa. Our chocolate is part of the Growing Great Chocolate program that is committed to sustainability by supporting cocoa farmers in West Africa and Latin America. This support program is coordinated by the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
