Content adapted to the age of children: Introduction to the origins of cocoa and the planting, harvesting and production of chocolate. Tasting of around 9 types of chocolate combining horizontal tasting (different origins), vertical tasting (different percentages of cocoa) and various formats and presentations of chocolate (plate with salt, chocolates with filling, etc.) to discover a wide range of flavors and chocolate textures.
